Cost

Generally speaking, …

We start with the square feet of the house.
Multiply the square feet by 10%. (i.e. 2,000 square feet x 10% would be a cleaning fee of $200).
From that fee we add or subtract based on contents of the house and backyard.

Considerations:

Homes over 6,000 square feet are discounted from the 10% equation.
More than one Bunk bed set.
Did check out guest leave your barbeque a fire hazard? If yes, we send you photos and await your approval for deep cleaning. If not the cooking surface, shields and grease catch is included in our regular fee.
Back yard windows and glass sliding doors cleaned are included in our fee.
Back yard set up and cleaning is included in our fee.
Pillow cases covers are ironed.
We do laundry at your home (if a machine breaks down, we alert you and seek approval to launder at a laundromat). We charge a $20 trip fee plus cost.
Deep cleaning is recommended at least once a year and the fee is typically doubled.
Pets – Poop and Fur removal if and when it occurs is usually a $50 add on.

In the 6,500 homes we've cleaned they range from 1,500 square feet to 16,500 square feet. Our minimum fee is $200.
