Generally speaking, …
- We start with the square feet of the house.
- Multiply the square feet by 10%. (i.e. 2,000 square feet x 10% would be a cleaning fee of $200).
- From that fee we subtract based on the time it will typically take to clean the house.

- Homes over 6,000 square feet are discounted from the 10% equation.
- INCLUDED IN OUR FEE — Barbeque wire cooking surfaces & shields below it are included in the fee. Also Grease Trap is emptied and cleaned.
- INCLUDED IN OUR FEE — Backyard windows & sliding glass doors are cleaned.
- INCLUDED IN OUR FEE: The back yard is arranged (set up), furniture cleaned and barbecue cleaned.
- INCLUDED IN OUR FEE: Pillow Cases are ironed.
- INCLUDED IN OUR FEE: We do laundry at your home. We never fill any machine more than 75% full to avoid breakage.
- INCLUDED IN OUR FEE: We sweep, mop or blow out your garage floor.
- INCLUDED IN OUR FEE: We push or pull garage containers to the curb.
- INCLUDED IN OUR FEE: We use a blower or broom to prepare front and back areas for incoming guests.
- You are provided with a 45-minute report (especially valuable on back to back reservation days) of any and all items that you need to know quickly.
- Deep cleaning is recommended at least once a year and the fee is typically doubled.
- Pets – Poop and Fur removal if and when it occurs is usually a $50 add on.
In the 6,500 homes we've cleaned they range from 1,500 square feet to 16,500 square feet. Our minimum fee is $200.
