"Extras" Other Cleaners Don't Include
Here is what's included in a typical clean.
- ✦We can purchase supplies for your home (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels...)
- ✦At the homeowners request we will use eco-friendly products.
- ✦We clean large show glass windows and sliding glass doors in back of the house.
- ✦We clean barbecue cooking surfaces and the shields there under (empty grease traps).
- ✦We iron front pillow cases on all beds.
- ✦We arrange outdoor furniture and wipe down all hard surfaces.
- ✦We report condition of pools, hot tubs and lawns on back to back reservations.
- ✦We pick up poop and eliminate pet fur (extra charge for pet fee).
- ✦We mop, sweep or blow garage floors.
- ✦We wind (coil) outdoor hoses.
- ✦We report propane tank volume.
- ✦We report fire extinguisher levels (whether they need to be refilled or replaced).
- ✦We video the lock up.
No last-minute pool, propane tank or lawn emergencies........ when it's a back-to-back reservation. We let you know everything within an hour of our arrival.
