Become a certified Vacation rental cleaner
Certified Vacation Rental cleaners earn more, work in prestigous luxury homes & often work in teams.
Many cleaners belive that cleaning a vacation rental home is like cleaning a personal home!
Some areas are the same but many are very different.
We'll give you hands on training by working with one of our "A" teams where you'll learn tade secrets about (1) the sequence of cleaning (2) how to report your work (3) the things you have to do within the first 45 minutes that you are in a home and (4) the "hotspots" that if missed guests complain about.
I can promise you that once certified you will be an expert and won't miss a thing!
The first thing is that you have to pass a background check. Once completed you'll be provided with a book - "It Needs to be Perfect - Mastering Vacation Rental Cleaning" that you can use to pick important topics.
We'll assign you to our luxury homes where our managers will teach you about what our clients want. Clients can be different in what they are looking for and how towels are folded, what is provided to guests, tracking inventories and taking pictures of your work.
You'll be paid while you train!
Within 2 weeks you'll be provided with a picture test where you'll match pictures to each of the topics you will be learning. It is approxiametly 70 topics. But don't worry, you'll know most of it through training. Below find one of the topics.
To receive your certification you'll have to (1) pass the picture test and (2) pass the "working" test (you will be assigned to two team cleanings and your work will be evaluated by one of our Inspector; if performed to our standard you will revieve your certification.
