In 30+ years of hotels and vacation rentals I have taught cleaners flawless cleaning and proper vacation rental set up. Who is the owner? My name is Richard Evans and I've been in the vacation rental and hotel business for over 30 years. I also worked with Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton Hotels doing "Peer Review." Both resort companies have gone into the Vacation Rental business.
